The Immigration and Refugee Visa Services is an independent private immigration boutique in NSW. We provide immigration advice, assistance, representation of refugees and a wide range of other immigration matters.
We can assist people who want a visa to come and live in Australia or people who are in Australia and need immigration advice and assistance. We provide this complicated information in an easy format so you are fully aware of all your available options. We charge fees to provide advice about refugee, spouse, family, parents, tourist, bridging, working holiday visas, cancellation and review matters. We will provide you with the best chance and the range of solutions to resolve your immigration matters but we cannot guarantee your outcome.
We have extensive knowledge about the current situation in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and Kurdistan-Iraq.

WHO ARE ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES
An asylum seeker is a person who has fled his/her own country and applied for protection as a refugee. The United Nations (the Refugee Convention), defines who a refugee is and sets out the basic rights that countries should guarantee to refugees. According to the Convention, a refugee is a person who is outside their own country and is unable or unwilling to return due to a well-founded fear of being persecuted because of their: race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion. Asylum seekers or refugees and migrants have very different experiences and reasons for moving to another country. Migrants choose to leave their home country, and can choose where to go and when they might return to their home country. Asylum seekers and refugees, on the other hand, flee their country for their own safety and cannot return unless the situation that forced them to leave improves.
